All sponsors receive complimentary admission and tickets to the Cattle Baron pre-event VIP party, priority seating and recognition in the Invitation Brochure. Other benefits include complimentary gaming chips, invitations to special events preceding the Cattle Baron's Ball, and special gifts.

The Cattle Baron pre-event VIP party is an exclusive gathering, which brings the event's hosts together with its sponsors. Guests will have the opportunity to preview auction items and meet the evening's headlining entertainer, country music legend Tanya Tucker.
